Cellular Doctor is an independent, family-run repair shop on East Independence Boulevard — not a franchise call center. Every device is diagnosed, repaired and tested by the same technicians in the same building.
We opened in 2011 fixing cracked iPhone screens for neighbors in East Charlotte, Mint Hill and Matthews. Fifteen years later we repair iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, Motorola, iPad, MacBook, Windows laptops, Chromebooks and game consoles — and we still hand every phone back with a walkthrough of exactly what we did and why.
Most screen and battery repairs are finished in about 15 minutes while you wait. We keep the parts our Charlotte customers actually need in stock — iPhone 11 through iPhone 17 displays, Galaxy S and Note OLED assemblies, Pixel screens and charging ports — so you rarely need a second trip.
You choose the part quality. For iPhone 13 Pro and newer we stock both aftermarket LCD and premium Soft OLED displays, and we show you the price difference before we start. Nothing is ordered, opened or replaced without your approval.
Every repair we perform carries a limited lifetime warranty on the part and workmanship, with the exception of water damage, data recovery and physically damaged units, which are quoted case by case. Bring the device back and we make it right.
We are located at 7146 E Independence Blvd Suite B, at the intersection of Independence and Margaret Wallace Road, next to the Volvo dealership. Walk-ins are welcome, and we also offer pickup and delivery within 20 miles of the shop free.

- We are an independent repair shop staffed by experienced technicians. We are not owned by Apple, Samsung or Google, which is why we can offer both aftermarket and premium OEM-grade parts at lower prices than a manufacturer service center.
- How long has Cellular Doctor been in Charlotte?
- We have repaired devices in Charlotte, NC since 2011 from our East Independence Boulevard location.
- Do you back up my data before a repair?
- Screen, battery, charging port and back glass repairs do not erase data. We still recommend backing up your device before any service, and we can help you start an iCloud or Google backup in store.
- Do you offer a warranty?
- Yes. Parts and workmanship carry a limited lifetime warranty for as long as you own the device, excluding water damage, data recovery and new physical damage.
