Our quote tool covers iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, Motorola, iPad, MacBook, iMac, Windows laptops, desktop PCs, Chromebooks and game consoles. Prices are the same in store as they are online, and they include the part, the labor and the warranty.
For iPhone 13 Pro and newer, and for most Samsung Galaxy flagships, you will be asked to choose a screen quality. Aftermarket LCD costs less and works well for older or backup devices. Premium Soft OLED matches the original panel for brightness, color, True Tone and Face ID behavior, and is what we recommend for a daily driver.
Most screen and battery replacements are finished in about 15 minutes while you wait at our Charlotte shop. Charging port, back glass, camera and speaker repairs are usually same day. Water damage and data recovery are quoted after a free diagnostic because the work varies device by device.
Every repair is covered by our limited lifetime warranty on parts and workmanship, except water damage, data recovery and new physical damage. If a screen or battery we installed fails, bring it back and we replace it.

- Yes for standard repairs. We only change a price if we open the device and find additional damage, and we always call you for approval before doing any extra work.
- What is the difference between LCD and premium OLED screens?
- Aftermarket LCD is a budget-friendly replacement panel. Premium Soft OLED is an OLED assembly that matches the factory display in brightness, contrast, color accuracy and True Tone support.
- How long does a repair take?
- Most iPhone and Samsung screen and battery repairs take about 15 minutes. Laptop, console and water damage repairs typically take one to three business days.
- Do you offer pickup and delivery in Charlotte?
- Yes. Pickup and delivery is free within 20 miles of the shop — we collect your device, repair it and deliver it back, with the repair prepaid online.
