Every service listed above is performed in-house by our own technicians; we do not ship your device out to a third party.
Screen replacement is our most requested service. For iPhone 13 Pro and newer, and for most Samsung Galaxy flagships, you can choose between an aftermarket LCD panel that keeps the cost down and a premium Soft OLED assembly that matches the factory display in brightness, contrast, color accuracy and True Tone behavior.
Battery replacement restores a phone that dies at 40 percent, shuts down in the cold, or reports reduced peak performance. Charging port repair fixes the phone that only charges when you hold the cable at an angle. Back glass, rear and front cameras, earpiece and loudspeaker, and microphone repairs are all same-day services.
We also handle the harder jobs: liquid-damage cleaning and board-level micro-soldering, data recovery from devices that won't power on, laptop screens and keyboards for Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple and Microsoft Surface.
Free diagnostics come first. If we can't fix it, you don't pay a diagnostic fee. Eligible repairs are backed by a limited lifetime warranty on parts and workmanship; water damage, data recovery and new physical damage carry a 90-day warranty.

- How long do most repairs take?
- Screens and batteries usually take about 15 minutes. Charging ports, cameras and back glass are typically same day. Laptops, consoles, water damage and data recovery generally take one to three business days.
- Do you use original parts?
- We use premium-grade parts and, where offered, genuine or OEM-equivalent assemblies. On newer iPhones you can choose the aftermarket LCD tier or the premium Soft OLED tier.
- Is there a fee to diagnose my device?
- No. Diagnostics are free, and we quote the repair before doing any work.
- Will I lose my data?
- Screen, battery and port repairs don't erase data, but we always recommend a backup before any repair.
