Booking a phone repair in Charlotte, NC
Two ways to get fixed: drop your device off at our shop on East Independence Boulevard, or — if you'd rather not drive — book pickup and delivery and we'll cover the courier cost anywhere within 20 miles of the store.
Cellular Doctor is a walk-in and by-appointment repair shop at the intersection of Independence Boulevard and Margaret Wallace Road, next to the Volvo dealership. Booking ahead reserves your part and your slot, which is why most booked screen and battery replacements are finished in about 15 minutes while you wait.
When you book, tell us the brand, the exact model and what's wrong — cracked glass, dead battery, a charging port that only works at an angle, water damage, no image, speaker or microphone problems, or a camera that won't focus. For iPhone 13 Pro and newer we ask which screen tier you want: an aftermarket LCD that costs less, or a premium Soft OLED panel that matches the factory display for brightness, color, True Tone and Face ID behavior.
If you'd rather not drive, we cover the pickup and delivery cost — you pay nothing for the courier. The order is fully prepaid before a driver is dispatched, and the total you approve includes the repair, sales tax, any screen protector you add, and $0 delivery inside our 20-mile service area covering Matthews, Mint Hill, Pineville, Ballantyne, Huntersville, Concord, Indian Trail, Harrisburg, Belmont and Fort Mill. If we can't dispatch a courier, you are refunded in full automatically.
Eligible repairs carry our limited lifetime warranty on parts and workmanship. Board-level work, liquid-damage recovery and data recovery carry a 90-day warranty because those repairs depend on the condition of the device when it reaches us.

- Do I need an appointment?
- No — walk-ins are welcome. Booking online simply reserves the part for your model so there's no wait when you arrive.
- How long does a booked repair take?
- Most iPhone and Samsung screen and battery replacements are done in about 15 minutes. Charging ports, back glass and cameras are usually same day; laptops, consoles and water damage typically take one to three business days.
- Is pickup and delivery really free?
- Yes — we cover the pickup and delivery cost within 20 miles of our Charlotte shop, so you only pay for the repair. You prepay online and the courier collects the device, brings it to us and returns it to you.
- Do you text me when the repair is ready?
- Yes. If you opt in to SMS updates we text you when your device is checked in and again when it's ready. You can reply STOP at any time.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay online, plus cash in store. Pickup and delivery orders are always prepaid.
