Cellular Doctor is an independent repair shop at 7146 E Independence Blvd in Charlotte, NC, at the intersection of Independence Boulevard and Margaret Wallace Road, next to the Volvo dealership. The accessories in this shop are the same ones our technicians hand to repair customers at the counter, which is why the selection is short and specific.
Tempered glass is our most popular category. We stock Quartz 9H glass with an oleophobic coating and model-specific cutouts for iPhone and Galaxy, and we install it free when you buy it in store so there are no bubbles or misalignment.
For cases we carry OtterBox Defender, Commuter and Symmetry alongside a slim clear option. Defender is the choice for job sites and kids; Commuter balances protection and pocketability; Symmetry keeps the phone slim while still passing drop tests; the slim clear case shows off the finish with basic edge protection.
Charging problems are one of the most common repairs we see, and cheap cables are often the cause. We stock Belkin BoostCharge wall chargers, MagSafe pucks, dual-port car chargers and MFi-certified USB-C and Lightning cables that won't damage the port or throttle charging speed.
