Is the mobile line really free for a year?
Yes. Spectrum includes one Unlimited Mobile line free for 12 months with any new Spectrum Internet plan. After 12 months the line continues at the standard $30/mo Unlimited rate unless you change it.
How do I get a free phone?
Free phone offers apply to select models when you activate a new mobile line with us. Availability changes month to month, so stop by or call and we'll tell you exactly which phones are free right now.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. We port your existing number over, and in most cases you keep using your phone the whole time. Bring your own phone or pick a new one.
Do I need Spectrum Internet to get Spectrum Mobile?
Yes — Spectrum Mobile requires Spectrum Internet at your address. That's why the bundle is where the savings are: two unlimited lines are $60/mo with internet.
Is Spectrum available at my address?
Spectrum covers most of Charlotte and the surrounding towns, but speeds and promo pricing vary by address. Give us your address and we'll confirm exactly what's available before you order anything.
