Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all repairs, prepaid pickup & delivery orders and accessory purchases from Cellular Doctor LLC dba Charlotte Cellular Doctor, 7146 E Independence Blvd B, Charlotte, NC 28227.

Appointments and quotes

Booking an appointment or requesting a quote is free and creates no charge.
Quoted prices are estimates based on the device and issue you describe. Final pricing is confirmed after in-shop diagnosis and may change if additional damage is found. We always confirm with you before performing extra work.
Diagnostics are free. If we cannot fix your device, you pay nothing for the diagnosis.

Cancelling a repair

You may cancel any repair at no cost before work has started — just call (704) 905-5893.
If you prepaid online and cancel before work has started, we refund 100% of the amount charged to the original payment method.
Once a part has been installed, the repair is complete and is not refundable; it is instead covered by our repair warranty.
If a special-order part was purchased specifically for your device and cannot be returned, we may retain the documented part cost and refund the balance. We will tell you before ordering any such part.

Prepaid pickup & delivery

Pickup & delivery is currently free within 20 miles of our shop as a limited-time promotion; the repair itself is prepaid online before a driver is dispatched.
Cancel before the driver is dispatched and you receive a full refund.
If, after inspection, the repair cannot be completed as quoted, we return your device and refund the prepaid repair amount in full.
If nobody is available at the pickup address and the driver cannot collect the device, we will reschedule at no charge.

Accessories and product orders

Returns: unopened accessories in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
Opened items: accepted within 14 days for exchange or store credit if undamaged and complete.
Defective items: replaced free within 30 days.
Not returnable: installed screen protectors, and items damaged by misuse.
Bring your receipt or order email. Refunds go to the original payment method.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds are submitted within 2 business days and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Cash payments are refunded in cash in store.

Devices left at the shop

Devices not collected within 60 days of repair completion, after at least two contact attempts, may be considered abandoned under North Carolina law and disposed of or recycled to recover unpaid charges.
