Parking is free and directly in front of the store. If you are coming from Uptown Charlotte, take Independence Boulevard east about 15 minutes; from Matthews or Mint Hill we are five to ten minutes west on the same road. Customers regularly drive to us from East Charlotte, University City, Ballantyne, SouthPark, Indian Trail, Harrisburg, Concord and Pineville.
Walk-ins are welcome during all business hours — no appointment needed for screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port cleaning or a free diagnostic. If you prefer a guaranteed slot, book online and we will have the part pulled and the bench ready before you arrive.

Can't make it in? Our pickup and delivery service covers a 20-mile radius around the shop free. The repair is prepaid online, a driver collects the device from your home or office, and it comes back the same day for most screen and battery jobs.
