These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of charlottecellulardoctor.com and the repair services provided by Cellular Doctor - Cell Phone Repair at 7146 E Independence Blvd B, Charlotte, NC 28227. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

Repair services

Quotes provided online or in-store are estimates. Final pricing may change after diagnosis if additional damage is found; we will contact you before performing any additional work.
Turnaround times (typically 15–30 minutes for common repairs) are estimates and may vary based on parts availability and device condition.
You represent that you are the owner of the device or authorized to submit it for repair.
Devices not picked up within 30 days of repair completion may be considered abandoned.

Warranty

We offer a limited lifetime warranty on eligible parts and labor for the specific repair performed. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, software issues, or damage caused after the repair. Warranty coverage is void if the device is opened or serviced by another party after our repair.

Data & backups

You are responsible for backing up your data before service. We are not responsible for data loss that may occur during repair.

SMS / text message program

When you opt in to SMS from Cellular Doctor, you agree to receive text messages from us about your repair.

Types of messages: repair status updates, appointment reminders, estimates, and pickup notifications.
Message frequency: varies based on your repair activity.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the repair, unless otherwise agreed. We accept major payment methods available in-store.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cellular Doctor's total liability for any claim arising out of a repair is limited to the amount paid for that repair. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
