Shipping & fulfillment policy

Cellular Doctor LLC dba Charlotte Cellular Doctor is a local repair shop in Charlotte, NC. Orders placed on this site are fulfilled from our store at 7146 E Independence Blvd B, Charlotte, NC 28227.

In-store pickup (accessories)

• Accessory and parts orders placed online are prepared for in-store pickup.
• In-stock items are ready the same business day, usually within 1–2 hours.
• We contact you by text or email when your order is ready. Bring your order confirmation and photo ID.
• Orders are held for 14 days; after that, uncollected orders are refunded and restocked.

Local pickup & delivery of devices

• We collect and return devices for repair within 20 miles of the shop.
• This service is currently free as a limited-time promotion. The repair itself must be prepaid online before a driver is dispatched.
• Typical turnaround is same day for common repairs booked before 4:00 PM, subject to part availability and driver availability.
• An adult must be present at both the pickup and the drop-off address to hand over and receive the device.
• Devices are transported by a licensed third-party courier network and are tracked door to door.

Special-order parts

If a part for your device is not in stock, we order it from our suppliers. Typical arrival is 1–3 business days. We contact you as soon as it arrives to schedule the repair, and you are never charged for a special-order part without approving it first.

Mail-in and out-of-area service

We do not currently offer mail-in repair or outbound shipping. Service is limited to in-store visits and our local pickup & delivery area.
