No-fix, no-fee. If the repair isn't possible or isn't worth it, you don't pay for the diagnostic and we return the device in the same condition we received it, with an honest explanation of what we found.

Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects on parts we install — screens, batteries, charging ports, keyboards and other replaced components — plus the labor to swap them, for as long as you own the device. Bring your receipt and we'll take care of it.
